These terms apply to the CanePro Fitbit integration operated by Vincent Mogah for private personal use.
Service Scope
This integration is a personal, private, read-only Fitbit data integration. It is not a public consumer service.
Allowed Use
The service is intended only for personal health monitoring by the authorized Fitbit account owner.
Data Access
The app requests read-only access to permitted Fitbit scopes, which may include activity, heart rate, sleep, weight, and profile data.
No Warranties
The integration is provided "as is" for personal use, without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of this integration.
Termination
Access may be stopped at any time by revoking Fitbit authorization or discontinuing use of the integration.
